MINELAB DETECTORS

We would like to apologise to our customers, as we are no longer
able to supply you with Minelab detectors or accessories.
The reason for this is that we had to sign a 10 page contract to remain a Minelab Dealer,
but after careful scrutiny of this document, and from advice received,
we found that we could not sign such an agreement, and still be totally independent.
The contract dictated who we could sell to, how much we had to spend
on advertising and numerous other controlling factors.
We found this contract very restrictive and controlling, and as we wish to remain
Independent and honest with our clients, chose not to sign.
Due to this decision, Minelab Electronics withdrew our agency. ,
Again, we would like to apologise. to you, the customer.
